The Pokémon Company and the Pokémon Center Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Pokémon Company in Japan (hereinafter “Pokémon Group”), focus on protecting personal information.     Pokémon Group will manage and protect such personal information obtained from customers in an appropriate manner in accordance with the Laws and this Privacy Policy.
    In addition, Pokémon Group will not collect any personal information which is particularly sensitive, such as a customer’s race, religion, social status or medical history without the consent of the customer; provided that this may not be the case if the Laws provide otherwise.

Provision of personal information to external parties

Pokémon Group will not provide personal information to any third party except for the following cases:

    The customer’s consent has been obtained.

    Disclosure is made in a form such that the customer cannot be identified.
  4. 4.
    Disclosure is made to a contractor (including overseas contractors) to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In this case, Pokémon Group will enter into an agreement with the contractor on the handling of personal information and perform all necessary and appropriate supervision.
